Max Verstappen, the possibility of winning the title at the next round F1 GP of Singapore[F1-Gate.com]

Max Verstappen (Red Bull Racing) could claim the 2022 F1 World Championship title at the next round of the Singapore F1 GP.

Max Verstappen, who won the 11th victory of the season, the fifth consecutive victory in the Italian F1 Grand Prix, widened the gap with Charles Leclerc (Ferrari) in second place to 116 points.

The maximum points remaining in the next round of the Singapore F1 GP is 138 points. Max Verstappen wins + fastest lap, Charles Leclerc 8th or less, Max Verstappen wins Charles Leclerc 9th or less wins the title.

If that doesn’t happen, the decision on the title will be deferred to the Japanese F1 GP.
