J-WAVE will hold the city festival “J-WAVE presents INSPIRE TOKYO ~Best Music & Market” on September 17 (Sat), 18 (Sun) and 19 (Mon/Holiday). Venue: Yoyogi National Stadium (First Gym, Second Gym, Outdoor Area).
