The Friday drama “Kurosagi” (TBS series, every Friday from 10:00 p.m. to 10:54 p.m.) starring King and Prince Sho Hirano will start airing from Friday, October 21. The theme song was decided to be King & Prince’s new song “Tsukiyomi”.
This work is a story in which the main character, who has lost his family to fraud, becomes Kurosagi, a “swindler who deceives swindlers”, and seeks out and defeats the true “enemy”. The original is the “Kurosagi” manga series by Kuromaru and Takeshi Natsuhara. This work is based on the manga series which was completed in 2013 with the 42 volumes, and has been turned into a new drama as, so to speak, the “Complete Version of Kurosagi”. Hirano plays the main character, Koshiro Kurosaki, Yuina Kuroshima plays the heroine, Icicle Yoshikawa, and Tomokazu Miura plays the cheat world fixer Toshio Katsuragi. This time, King & Prince’s new song “Tsukiyomi” was chosen as the theme song for this work. King & Prince will lead the theme song for a TBS drama for the first time in about four years since “Cinderella Girl” in the Tuesday drama “Hana nochi Hare ~Hanao Next Season~” (2018), in which Hirano appeared. This will be Hirano’s first starring role in a TBS drama, and King & Prince will host it with the theme song. “Tsukiyomi”, written especially for this work, is an uptempo dance number with a mysterious sexiness where the moon illuminates the loneliness hidden in the darkness of the night. Also pay attention to the singing voice of King & Prince, which colors the universe of “Kurosagi”.
