Nature played such an important role in Daisuke Fujita’s childhood that for a long time he did not realize how much it meant to him.

“I grew up running through the tangerine fields from a very young age. There was a small hill behind my house, and without even realizing it, I smelled the smell of the trees and smelled the greenery around me,” says Fujita, who releases sample-heavy electronic music under the name “Meitei.”
